Sarah’s message is simple but powerful: Being LGBTQ isn’t a new fad, we have been here forever… and we have accomplished some amazing stuff over the centuries you definitely never heard about in school. And for LGBTQ youth – You aren’t the only one to have ever felt this way and you have a community spanning centuries waiting to welcome you.

Sarah launched Quist in 2013, a free mobile app about LGBTQ history that now ha an audience of over 30,000 individuals in over 100 countries. In 2017, her first book, the true stories of 22 remarkable individuals from LGBTQ history, will be published by HarperCollins.

Presentations are customized for each audience and include:

  • Global LGBTQIA History 101
  • LGBTQ History’s Relevance Today
  • Using LGBTQ History in our Activism Today
  • STEM’s Queer History
  • History of Rural LGBTQ Activism in the United States
